CMS/CCI has reversed their previous edit of all arthroscopy CPT codes with 29826 and they changed this to go retro to Jan 1, 2012. So if you have been denied for reporting 29822 or 29823 or 29825 or 29806, etc with 29826 you will want to rebil.
